Opportunities for Retailer Participation in Bi-Annual Retailer Event Initiative, Appliance Exchange Initiative and Appliance Retirement Initiative in 2012
OPA is now accepting applications from retailers that are interested in participating in the following saveONenergy initiatives in 2012:
Retailers that apply to participate in one or more of the above initiatives may also apply for Co-op Funding to undertake activities to promote the saveONenergy initiatives to their customers.
If you are a retailer and you are interested in participating in the initiatives in 2012, fill out the applicable sections of the Participating Retailer Application Form provided below and submit the completed form to OPA at retailchannelpartner@powerauthority.on.cano later than:
Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
To be considered for Co-op Funding and participation in the 2012 Spring Bi-Annual Retailer Event your complete application must be received by OPA by Tuesday December 20, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Please read the application, master Retailer Participation Agreement and appendices applicable to the initiatives you are applying for (provided below) carefully and fill out the required fields of the Participating Retailer Application Form for all initiatives that you are applying for. Please be sure that your organization is able to comply with the terms of the master Retailer Participation Agreement and applicable initiative appendices before you submit an application.

Retailer Participation Agreements:
Please note there are separate Participation Agreements for retailers that can bind individual stores to participate in the initiatives (Type 1 retailers) and retailers that cannot bind individual stores to participate in the initiatives (Type 2 retailers). Please ensure that you refer to the agreement that is applicable to your organization.

Participation in any initiative is subject to the terms and conditions of the Retailer Participation Agreement, Please read the applicable initiative appendices of the Retailer Participation Agreement carefully before submitting an application.
