The OPA has reviewed the questions and comments raised by prospective Proponents and has finalized the responses. This document can be downloaded from the toolbar on the right hand side of this webpage. The responses to the questions are provided for clarity. The CHP IV RFP and CHP IV Contract will ultimately take precedent over the responses posted.
