The Ontario Power Authority has released this final draft of the DR3 Contract, to be entered into between the Ontario Power Authority and a participant in the DR3 Program, together with a blackline showing changes against the version of the DR3 Contract released on November 9, 2007. An execution version of the DR3 Contract, in substantially the same form as this final draft, will be released during the week of January 7, 2008.

It is the intention of the OPA to extend the deadline by which Aggregators must submit applications for participation during 2008 in the DR3 Program to January 31, 2008.
